Our present infrastructure includes:
A) 50,000 sq ft. of sophisticated factory space fully equipped to produce any kind of accessories producing 30000 pcs leather bags and accessories each per month.
B) 100 % machine cutting of leather thereby reducing wastage of raw materials and scientific net cutting.
C) Electronic pattern cutting and CAD facilities thereby reducing chances of technical errors and creating benchmarks.
D) Also we are expanding now and constructing our new building of 50,000 sqft area widespread on a land of 1, 20,000 sqft, which on completion will almost triple our current production capacity.
We have our own tannery set-up that produces 1, 20,000 – 1, 50,000 sq. ft. of finished leather in an eco – friendly environment. Specialising in the use of India’s heritage raw materials, we offer a range of goat, sheep and bovine(cow, buffalo,etc.) based leathers that are used in the leather goods industry.Through a strict application of the latest technologies and environmental management practices, we ensure that all our leathers are in compliance with the strict technical and quality standards expected by today’s quality-conscious and socially responsible consumer. We produce an array of different types of leathers specializing from vegetable tan to nubuck,suede, hair on and finished and embossed leathers to choose from.We are always in the lookoutfor better state of art machinery and have constant investment behind technological innovation.
Quality assurance and control play an important role and are the corner stones on which the good reputation of leather, tanners, leather products manufacturers and traders are built.We work closely with our QC team to design a specific bag or accessory inspection checklist. We verify the quality of mass production based on the customers Acceptable Quality Limits (AQL), perform product function and safety tests, and assess compliance with your product’s specifications and authorized samples. The products workmanship is carefully examined at each stage. We go beyond the average quality inspection by combining our advanced quality management technology and substantial experience in inspection of all accessories. We personalize your compliance program, monitor results, and apply corrective actions necessary to support your objectives and achieve lead-times. Also we provide a warranty period of a year for all our products.
We comply with all applicable laws and regulations in accordance with the letter of intent of all relevant laws and refrain from any illegal, dishonest, or unethical conduct complying with our SEDEX certification.
We undertake to provide resources in terms of personnel, time and financial outlay as per Factory Act 1948 to achieve these objectives.
We have induced stringent rules againstbribery and work place harassmentand have formed special committees from among our working staff to address and resolve any kind of grievances being raised in all levels in the organisation.
